If you had a problem during checkout, or never received a confirmation email from us, here is a super easy way to check if your order was placed or not:
Just enter your email address and zip code. It will return any orders associated to you.
If there are no orders shown, that means we don't have the order in our system, please retry your order.
If you are still having problems, make sure your credit card billing information is being entered correctly. You could also try paying with a different credit card, paypal or bitcoin.
